I had the keyboard replaced on my 2019 MacBook Pro. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty. They even FedEx'd the computer back to me at no additional charge as I live two hours away. All aspects of the communication through email, appointment booking, check-in, follow up status reports, and shipping was flawless. Laptop is working like new again.

My 2015 (not new, but not quite old) MacBook Air started giving me fits.  Digitiqe was able to take a look within a couple of days (Genius Bar was at least a week out), and kept me updated throughout.  No major hardware issues (whew!) but they did some minor maintenance (cleaning, tightening screws, fixed something on the fan), and also updated a lot of software that I don't use but apparently was bogging my system down.  Laptop is working like new again, totally worth the diagnostic fee!
