Another Digitiqe to love! I'm normally in the Denver area and that's where I fell in love with this shop. I was ecstatic to hear a new location was opening. And weirdly enough, my iPhone became unresponsive. I knew I wasn't going to the Apple store, so I made my appointment and Digitiqe's league of professionals had me up and running in no time. I have a computer that was totally dead but under warranty. I live in Cheyenne and have been working remote for a law firm because of Covid. What a fantastic customer service experience! Danny and Landon were great to work with and communication was top notch. I had taken my 2012 MacBook Pro all the way to the Apple Store just to have them tell me it was "vintage" and that they don't even work on them anymore, so frustrating! BUT, then they recommended I take it to an Authorized Service place and I found Digitiqe off Harmony Road. They were quick to get me a new battery and give the computer a once over to make sure everything else was good to go. Highly recommend these guys!

These guys are awesome! Cody helped me throughout the process of needing a display replacement for my Macbook Pro. He was fast, informative, and even preemptively replaced the keyboard too when he found some intermittent issues with it during his testing. Job well done. They gave me a solid estimate in time and money for my repair work and even mentioned a possible warranty upgrade they could add in while they had my computer. The estimates were right on the money, and they did in fact include the warrantied upgrade. My AirPods had an issue that no one had seen before. I use these things every day and they were WELL worn. I was ready going in to spend $90 or have to replace them completely. They diagnosed the issue and replaced them under a sound quality warranty so I didn’t have to spend a dime. Highly suggest them even if you have to spend money for their great customer service and fast service.

My MacBook Pro told me the battery was failing and the keyboard was throwing in double letters on single keystrokes.
