What a fantastic customer service experience! Danny and Landon were great to work with and communication was top notch. I had taken my 2012 MacBook Pro all the way to the Apple Store just to have them tell me it was "vintage" and that they don't even work on them anymore, so frustrating! BUT, then they recommended I take it to an Authorized Service place and I found Digitiqe off Harmony Road. They were quick to get me a new battery and give the computer a once over to make sure everything else was good to go. Highly recommend these guys!

I have a computer that was totally dead but under warranty.  I live in Cheyenne and have been working remote for a law firm because of Covid.  I called Digitiqe and was able to get an appointment the same day. Digitiqe got my MacBook Pro up and going again.

My Macbook Pro is getting up there in age and she gets finicky. When she wouldn't turn on I thought that was it, but I thought I lost everything. After a quick response via online chat, Digitiqe got her up and going again with a diagnostic. She's faster than she's been in a long time.
