For the safety of our employees and customers, all repairs will be strictly no contact in accordance with the policies below:
* All repairs and pick ups are by appointment only *
Our apologies, but there are absolutely no exceptions. Walk-in customers will be turned away and advised to make an appointment. Properly managing our volume of repairs and customer interactions as we re-open is critical in keeping our staff safe and in control.
* No customers or vendors are allowed in our store *

* We are only offering hardware repair and data transfers *
We are unable to interact in depth with customers at our check-in counter and because we are operating with limited staff in the store at any given moment, we are simply not able to offer help with software consultation issues. In most cases we are running 3-5 business days for iMac and MacBook hardware repairs and 2-3 hours for iPhone same day repairs. Please note, we are currently closed on Saturdays and Sundays and our estimated turnaround times are for business days.

Please see below for our no contact check-in process for repairs:
1. When you arrive at the store use the doorbell or call 720.644.8942 and press # to reach a technician.
2. When the technician is ready, place your device in the gray tub on the table in front the vestibule at our front door
3. Then step away from the vestibule and wait behind the yellow safety tape on the ground
4. The technician will retrieve your device and then quickly disinfect it at the sanitizing station in the front of our store while you wait
5. Now the technician will work with you (before you leave) to determine the next best steps for your repair
* Picking up your completed repair is simply the same process in reverse

Kevin joined the Digitiqe team in Telluride back in 2012. He has over a decade of experience designing audiovisual systems for the most exclusive residences on Chicago's North Shore and Colorado's Western Slope. As one of Digitiqe’s principal owners as well as heading up the Denver AV division, you'll be hard pressed not to spot him running around RiNo most days.
Landon is truly a digital intellectual. His work unites computers and audio as he is both a technician and musical artist. Landon is our chief Apple Certified Mac Technician, so he can swiftly diagnose and repair your machine and get you back in business, and simply answer any technical questions you may have along the way.
Hagen moved to Denver from Asheville, North Carolina in 2018 trading one mountain range for another! He's into graphic design and all things Pokemon!
Michael moved from the Western Slope in 2018 to scope out Front Range living and we're lucky to have him! He's an Apple hardware wizard and a RiNo resident so be sure to say hello if you see him cruising around the hood.
Mauricio comes to Digitiqe Denver with plenty of AV installation experience, yet he still manages to keep everyone on the team hip to what's fresh with the kids!
Cameron is from West Virginia, by way of Nashville and started his Digitiqe career at the Telluride location. He took some time off to travel around the world and lucky for us after all that he landed in Denver!
Erin is often the first smiling face you'll encounter at Digitiqe! She has a an unmatched love for all things music and a recording background as well, so she's the perfect guide when it comes to choosing a killer system or great pair of headphones. She coined the phrase "tech help with heart" and we think that's just about perfect!
Eva Gordon Byrne
Eva hails from Nashville, Tennessee and she's every bit a true Southern Belle. She just might be lounging in the back room at Digitiqe if you'd like to say hello and she certainly won't turn down a scratch behind the ears!
